Osmii are partnering with an innovative global company based in the South West, who is looking for Agile Delivery/Project Managers.


You will be providing IT Delivery guidance and support to Business Stakeholders and Product Owners, ensuring that all timelines, stakeholders, and team members are properly managed. You will do requirements gathering from stakeholders. You will be aligning and supporting IT Leadership teams with contract negotiations from strategic partners, to reporting on the development teams’ performance for strategic decision making. 


Our client is an innovator and so the best fit candidate would be someone who loves finding solutions to complex problems! We need someone that has worked in large, often complex organisations, and has the ability to lead cross-functional teams.


What you’ll bring:

·         A proven track record as a Senior Delivery manager or as a Senior Agile project manager

·         An understanding of different delivery methods

·         Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to break down complex issues to a non-technical audience

·         Strong experience working in a large, often complex organisation

·         A ‘can do’ attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.


Your skills:

·         Management experience of PM/Delivery leads a major plus.

·         Scaled Agile Framework experience

·         Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web sites and applications
