About the role:

The Business Development Director is responsible for both demand and supply side. You can prospect, consult, educate, and create partnerships with SDK developer partners. You can focus on developing relationships with game and app developers and selling the business offering. To be successful in the role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad monetization ecosystem and the ability to sell technical product solutions to developers and publishers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in EMEA market and become a trusted adviser to key decision makers.
  • Manage a pipeline of accounts and hit quarterly sales targets both on supply and demand business.
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs while providing customized solutions and market insights.
  • Work with internal teams---Account management, PR, Legal, Product, and Engineering---to enrich and maintain strong knowledge of internal products.
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3+ years experience in advertising, digital marketing, apps monetization and/or consulting.
  • Fluent in English – any additional European languages will be a plus.
  • Successful track record in directly exploring a new business opportunity, maintaining client relationships and efficient teamwork coordinating.
  • Ability to learn new concepts fast and sense the latest market trends.
  •   Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and ability to bring direct results.
  •   Proven interest in interpersonal communication, passionate about enriching industry knowledge and developing a wider connection network in the industry.
