Digital Change Lead

The change managers carefully craft exciting programmes that introduce digital marketing, crowdsourcing, behavioural science, and other techniques in the industry to make employees, partners, vendors and customers take note of the changes our clients are driving. Monitor engagement and adoption in real-time by analysing data points obtained via assets, social interactions, human sentiments and experience, making sure we minimized the friction and maximised engagement and adoption that are sustainable.



•         Apply exciting change methodologies and tools to help clients identify and manage the people side of change, including IT systems adoption, process compliance, and behavioural adaption

•         Implement digital acceleration products in clients’ businesses, following the prescribed methodology and approach

•         Generate demand for user adoption and experience through data analytics and insights

•         Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment of change scope, as well as develop and execute change, communication, and training strategy and plans

•         Facilitate workshops with multi-disciplinary client teams, at all levels of the organisation

•         Develop and grow strong and productive client relationships, leveraging them effectively to continuously improve our services and identify opportunities to add further value

•         Keeping abreast of current change management practices, and being both an advocate and thought leader for the discipline

•         Contribute to other areas of the practice, including product development, go-to-market, and competency development of others in the team


Qualifications & Experience  

•         Consulting background with global organizations

•         Charismatic person with gravitas, liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level

•         Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues

•         Extensive experience with change strategy design, training needs and behavioural analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and engagement strategy

•         Experience in building persona-based engagements and campaigns

•         Experience in customer relationship management, demand generation and digital marketing

•         Experience in analysing data insights to draw insightful conclusion that drive demand generation campaigns, user experience and adoption

•         Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders

•         Familiar with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and working within Agile teams and projects
