Ruby Developer

Osmii are looking for a Ruby Developer for an exciting global client based in the UK.

The suitable candidate will have:

·         A minimum of 4 years of software development experience

·         Proficiency in Ruby programming skills

·         AWS awareness from the standpoint of developer working on a code running on AWS

·         Understanding of object-oriented programming and preferably knowledge of any other object-oriented programming language

·         Github know-how

·         Understanding of Agile software development  and SQL/NoSQL databases is a bonus

·         Work on further development of Statistical Analysis Software

·         Focus on the development of software components that process data from external API endpoints to transform information

·         Understand requirements of various APIs, develop software accordingly and write Unit Tests for his/her code.

·         Work with industry experts who are willing to share their knowledge and experience
