The candidate has to constantly drive new Hunting deals and manage customer relationships; focusing on business growth.  Responsibilities include leading sales, creating business development plans and a strong market positioning and lead the sales across the region

 

Description

•        Establishing and facilitating senior level relationships between executives

•        Driving new deals and manage customer relationships; focusing on business growth.

•        Industry experience in key sector – financial.

•        Supporting strategic dialogue with the customer to generate incremental revenue

•        Facilitating RFP responses and drive proposal preparation.

•        Negotiating contracts (including NDAs, SOW, and MSAs etc.).

•        Improving awareness about service offerings, capabilities and value proposition.

•        Creating Strategy and Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts.

•        Ownership for both Hunting / farming accounts  (as per business requirement)

•        Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills

 

Must have

•        10+ years in Business Process services industry

•        Should have hands-on financial industry experience in the Business Process services industry

•        Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.

•        Should be able to collaborate across various teams to ensure closure of deals.

•        Should be self-driven to deliver quarter on quarter Sales performance
