Osmii are currently partnering with an exciting AI and Machine Learning start-up. Since being founded in 2016 they have been using their Machine Learning technology to help clients make sense of their communication data across all channels.

Working in the e-commerce space our client enables its customers to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

The Role:
They are now looking for an  experienced VP of Sales to come on board to grow out the sales function and team.  

Some key areas you will get involved in include:

  • Creating and implementing a successful sales strategy
  • Recruiting and coaching a high performing sales teams from SDRs to Enterprise closers
  • Leading from the front
  • Implementing a sales process  and methodology that ensure accurate forecasting of pipeline and a clean CRM

Requirements:

  • You have a wealth of experience in enterprise business where you have owned the full sales cycle, including sales strategy
  • You have experience scaling a SaaS start-up and have achieved large YoY growth 
  • You have experience growing and coaching high performing sales teams from  SDRs to Enterprise Sales Directors
  • Experience leading from the front is vital, you will need to  demonstrate that you are not only a great leader but also a great sales professional
  • You are driven by metrics and data ensuring the strategy and forecast is as accurate as possible
