Our Permanent search function offers a one stop shop service for contingent search, committed spend and contained searches. As we operate in 27 different locations, there is no need to sign up and brief multiple agencies. Contingent Services are used for "one off" hires and proof of concept hiring.

We ask our clients for an exclusivity period which allows us to fully map out the market, and prevents the talent pool from getting saturated.

Committed Spend

This is our high end retained service, utilised for Director and VP and C-suite hires. We take the processes of a retained search, and add levels of accountability based on our performance. Using the best market mapping and research techniques, competency based testing and decision matrix scoring this model has a 100% success ratio.

Container

This is a unique proposition where hiring a project team is priced on a fixed fee basis with specific SLA's and timescales. Therefore reducing dramatically the total cost per hire and time to hire.
